WHAT ARE ONLINE LESSONS LIKE?

No matter what your language level is, we will try to help you reach your goals. We will create a plan based on your current language level and the level that you want to achieve. Our online learning platform lets you learn when and where you want: Individual or group virtual classrooms; corporate language programs, workshops; flexible tutoring; or at your own self-paced lessons.

ARE TEACHERS QUALIFIED?

All of our instructors are native to the language they teach and have experience in this field. Many hold degrees and certifications. At Online Global Classroom, we ensure that our educators are equipped with best practices and pedagogy to enrich your learning experience.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

Yes. Minimum age requirement for online classes is 18 years old.

ARE HEADPHONES REQUIRED?

Yes. We want everyone to get the best experience possible, so we require that all students wear a headset which minimizes background noise.

CAN I CANCEL MEMBERSHIP ANYTIME?

Yes, you can easily cancel at any time by visiting the My Account page. Your membership will continue to work until the end of your monthly membership period.

IF I CANCEL BEFORE MEMBERSHIP END WILL I GET A REFUND?

We don’t offer refunds. You can cancel at any time and your membership will continue to work until the end of your monthly membership period.
